Sjukt!
Caveman i all ära...
Coffee and workout
So much to say, so little time

blip blop flip flop
We have all of us been there once...Vem fan vill vara en party pooper?
Men lätt slitna...
A new kick in the ass!!
Sen är allt "been there, done that"
Har fått många prövningar, och it's still going...
That's a start, sen kommer jag kämpa järnet. And that's my plan! :)
1. Ingen alkohol på 3 månader.
2. Inget godis / sötsaker på en månad.
3. Träning MINST 3 ggr / veckan.
4. Massor med svettig sex! :)
Yes, you heard me. ALOOOOOOT!!
Nu är det dags för sängen! Puss och kram skumbanan!
Low energy? Hair loss? Trouble loosing the pounds? Low sexdrive? You might find your answer here!!!

Top 10 Signs That You May Have a Thyroid Problem.
Nearly 30 Million People with An Undiagnosed Thyroid Condition
(Answers to Problems At The Bottom)
It's estimated that 59 million Americans have a thyroid problem, but the majority don't even know it yet.
The thyroid, a butterfly-shaped gland located in the neck, is the master gland of metabolism.
When your thyroid doesn't function, it can affect every aspect of your health,
and in particular, weight, depression and energy levels.
Since undiagnosed thyroid problems can dramatically increase your risk of obesity,
heart disease, depression, anxiety, hair loss, sexual dysfunction,
infertility and a host of other symptoms and health problems, it's important that you don't go undiagnosed.
You don't need to have all of these symptoms in order to have a thyroid problem, but here are some of the most common signs that you may have a thyroid condition:
10. Muscle and Joint Pains, Carpal Tunnel/Tendonitis Problems.
Aches and pains in your muscles and joints,
weakness in the arms and a tendency to develop carpal tunnel in the arms/hands and tarsal tunnel in the legs,
can all be symptoms of undiagnosed thyroid problems. (For more information)
9. Neck Discomfort/Enlargement.
A feeling of swelling in the neck, discomfort with turtlenecks or neckties,
a hoarse voice or a visibly enlarged thyroid can all be symptoms of thyroid disease.
To help find out if your thyroid may be enlarged, try a simple "Thyroid Neck Check" test at home.
8. Hair/Skin Changes.
Hair and skin are particularly vulnerable to thyroid conditions, and in particular,
hair loss is frequently associated with thyroid problems.
With hypothyroidism, hair frequently becomes brittle, coarse and dry,
while breaking off and falling out easily.
Skin can become coarse, thick, dry,and scaly.
In hypothyroidism, there is often an unusual loss of hair in the outer edge of the eyebrow.
With hyperthyroidism, severe hair loss can also occur, and skin can become fragile and thin.
7. Bowel Problems.
Severe or long-term constipation is frequently associated with hypothyroidism,
while diarrhea or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is associated with hyperthyroidism.
6. Menstrual Irregularities and Fertility Problems.
Heavier, more frequent and more painful periods are frequently associated with hypothyroidism,
and shorter, lighter or infrequent menstruation can be associated with hyperthyroidism.
Infertility can also be associated with undiagnosed thyroid conditions. (For More Information)
5. Family History.
If you have a family history of thyroid problems,
you are at a higher risk of having a thyroid condition yourself.
You may not always be aware of thyroid problems in your family,
though, because among older people, it is often referred to as "gland trouble" or "goiter."
So pay attention to any discussions of glandular conditions or goiter or weight gain due to "a glandular problem,"
as these may be indirect ways of referring to thyroid conditions.
4. Cholesterol Issues
High cholesterol, especially when it is not responsive to diet,
exercise or cholesterol-lowering medication, can be a sign of undiagnosed hypothyroidism.
Unusually low cholesterol levels may be a sign of hyperthyroidism.
3. Depression and Anxiety.
Depression or anxiety — including sudden onset of panic disorder — can be symptoms of thyroid disease.
Hypothyroidism is most typically associated with depression,
while hyperthyroidism is more commonly associated with anxiety or panic attacks.
Depression that does not respond to antidepressants may also be a sign of an undiagnosed thyroid disorder.
(For More Information)
2. Weight Changes.
You may be on a low-fat, low-calorie diet with a rigorous exercise program, but are failing to lose or gain any weight.
Or you may have joined a diet program or support group, such as Weight Watchers,
and you are the only one who isn't losing any weight.
Difficulty losing weight can be a sign of hypothyroidism.
You may be losing weight while eating the same amount of food as usual
— or even losing while eating more than normal.
Unexplained weight changes and issues can be signs of both hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism.
(For More Information)
1. Fatigue.
Feeling exhausted when you wake up, feeling as if 8 or 10 hours of sleep
a night is insufficient or being unable to function all day without a nap can all be signs of thyroid problems.
(With hyperthyroidism, you may also have nighttime insomnia that leaves you exhausted during the day.)

* Young Living's Thyromin is a fantastic formulation for Thyroid
support and I would highly highly recommend it!
*** If your hormones seem out of whack I would also highly recommend you add Endogize to the Thyromin, which is another really powerful regulator and balancer of hormones and stress response systems in the body and on of Dr. Debra Raybern,'s ND, MH, CNC, ICA favorites
http://www.youngliving.us/pdfs/PIP_EndoGize.pdf (more info found here)
"I have been taking Endogize, the new Young Living product, for about 2 weeks now and I have lost 7 pounds! I have been taking it 1 pill with breakfast lunch and dinner. I also have more energy and sleep better too." -------Sharon Raybern
** For women who's hormones feel out of balance I would suggest that you combine Progessence+ and deal with the hormones in a trio fashion.
P.S. Health Canada wants to keep a Pharma monopoly on hormone therapies so they have not yet approved these in Canada. Canadians can still get it, email me if you are interested.
P.S.S. Be patient! If you have a serious glandular problem it can take 240+ days to fully correct it and restore to balance. It took you decades to mess it up it can take a bit of time to fully correct it. That doesn't mean you won't experience any benefits before then but you should stay the course and fully balance everything.
Reductil / Sibutramine
I was pretty desperate and wanted to loose weight - fast!
My eyes opened up as soon as Annica met me in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
She gave me a birthday present: Carolina Gynnings second book: Ego Woman!
Carolina writes about Reductil, her special drug she uses to loose weight.
And as almost every Swedish person know, this girl is just getting thinner and thinner.
You can get it in Europe, but from a doctor.
It's only for people with a BMI over 30!
And well, that is alot. You have to be really really fat.
And I'm not.
And I wasn't in Europe! I was in Asia! :)
In Asia, you can buy anything you like... same same but different!
So I did. Easier then I thought.
I was happy. Or so I thought.
And you readers may call me stupid, I know I was.
But this did me good at the moment.
And I like to test things (at least once)
I was nervous as hell.
What if I can't sleep? What if I'm not hungry?
What if something happens, what if, what if, what if?
I knew what I gave myself into. Of course.
I looked it up online and I wanted to give it a shot.
So I finally took them... And... Nothing.
I was tired and hungry. The complete opposite!
After 14 days I felt the same as I did before.
And when I finished them all (the whole box) I was just mad.
So I went to a drugstore in Thailand and bought the fake ones.
Cheaper. Just a couple. Sibutramine!
The only problem with reductil is the SIBUTRAMINE.
Can get problems with your heart, stroke etc etc.
I took the pills more then a month and felt nothing.
Recomended is just one month.
And then it was time for me to start the Yoga.
I stopped with the pills before that because I felt sick.
I didn't think (or saw) that I lost weight. But I did.
When I started the Yoga, I had purification and I was sick sick sick as hell.
I think it was because of the pills.
And the migrain I had then as well then.
I didn't want to touch the pills after that, ever again!
But I brought them home with me anyway.
But the answer is, yes I lost weight.
And I lost alot. But, the pills was just a supplement before I started the Yoga.
It may have helped me with a couple of kilos in the beginning,
but 4-6 hours of Yoga everyday did me better then a month of pills.
SO the YOGA is the answer why I lost so much.
I sold some and I've still have some left.
They say that it have the same effect as amfetamin.
I have never tried amfetamin, but I never "feel" anything from them.
I can take one and then even if I know that they aren't good for me.
But it's just those special ecuations when I feel lazy, fat or tired haha.
SO WHAT EVER YOU DO! DON'T TAKE THEM!!!
If you are not really overweighted! :P
Do Yoga instead ;)
Inspiration à la Lee!!!
I got a comment in my blog haha... YAAAAY!!!
Most of the time people just sneak in and don't leave a trace.
So I am glad over your comment Nina!
Since you didn't left me an e-mail or blog, I will answer in my own with a blogpost!
This blogpost is for you (and everyone else of course)
I will write in English, so every reader will understand!
Hope that's okey!?
Yepp, I lost 20 kilos (almost) and I actually have no idea what I might weigh at the moment.
I've tried hard for all my life and had NO confidence (accept when I was drunk).
Without any result from weightwatchers and every other stupid diet,
that most of the time never work - I almost gave up.
ALMOST!
But when I "almost" gave up and accepted myself for what I was/am.
And I started to love myself - That was when it happened!
I surrendered and accepted, but I never gave up!!!
I choosed to never give up on myself, so I started "a new life style".
And NEVER NEVER NEVER give up on yourself.
Of course there can be doubt, but have faith!
This was after a bad relationship and depression when I tried to find myself.
Lost as I was in translation.
My new lifestyle I CALL : SOBER!
When I was 16 or something, I started drinking... Heavy drinking.
Party almost every weekend.
And the result without knowing it was : BEING FAT!
I will try to write more about this, because it inspires others (mostly woman).
The first thing to do is to start exercise.
Or just do something that breaks your old habits.
If you drive a car - start taking the bike?
If you are on a bike, start walking!?
Small steps. Don't rush. It will take time. Alot of time.
But sooner or later, it will come. Be patient!
My dear friend told me:
"Rather a small step in the right direction, then running the opposite way".
Wise words from Joël :)
I do Yoga myself every day now!
And now I will try to have the time and go to the gym as well.
Only because I need to work up my muscles when
my new job is going to be pretty hard from now on ;)
I will write things that most of the people allready know,
just like I knew it before but I never did it.
Somtimes you just need a push!
Stop eat so much crap.
You think you need to eat more then you do.
I started to loose weight when I stopped eating so much meat.
Believe it or not. I did cleansing and tried fasting (for one day a week).
I can not say that I am a vegetarian, I am just doing an experiement! :D
What I eat during a day? Good question!
It depends. I am not perfect! I do eat alot of crap too....
But I just choose to have 1 piece of chocolate instead of 20!?
DO NOT OVEREAT! SMALL PORTIONS, more often!
I go for yoga on an empty stomache (that's important).
And I eat my breakfast after class.
I didn't eat so much Yoghurt before, but every little tummy feels good after eating yoghurt!
So, that's what I eat every morning. (Together with fresh fruit and müsli)
The müsli I do myself. It's just to mix what ever you like.
I like to mix nuts, raisins, gojis etc.
AXA also have very good variations in the stores.
I drink alot of tea and water! I only drink soda in the weekend (instead of alcohol).
That's how much party I have! :)
Some people may find this very very very boring.
I did that too... Before... Until I woke up and realized and had my AHA-moment!
I used to laugh at myself that I couldn't be sober for a month...
Today, some people find this hard to get. Lee? Me? Say what?
But, hey - Look how happy I am with myself (and my look)
Maybe choose rice instead of pasta or bread too.
That is also something that makes me more full faster.
Before I went to Asia, this was a bit hard to be honest.
Now I love rice!!! And I don't need to eat so much as I do with something else.
Fresh fruits and vegetables. IMPORTANT!!!
Didn't you listen to your mother when you were a kid?
TOO BAD! EAT YOR VEGETABLES!!!
If you are stressed or just being lazy (that I've been lately)
Maybe try to eat something easy and simple,
but something that have good fat & protein and makes you full.
Like avocado for exemple.
That is going to be my dinner tonight.
AVOCADO, cottage cheese and MAYBE even some shrimps (if I'm not too lazy).
Drink tea instead of coffee!
Well, you don't have to stop drinking coffee, but cool it down a bit! ;)
I hope this answer will do to you Nina! :)
I am just a human myself, and not trying to be better then the rest.
I am honored that I can give inspiration though...
And here you go.... A picture from last saturday!
Me and Sanaa!!! :)
Peace and love to you all!
Om shanti shanti shanti <3
HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY
And it even went better. And the day isn't over yet!!!!
I draged myself out and went for a Body Pump class on A&C Sport Center.
I like that place, it reminds me of Goodlife in a way...
Maybe it's because they have Less Mills programs?
After the class, the instructor asked me if I was an instructor.
*Chocked and blushing Lee* : What? Me? No, but I want to :)
I am just a friend of Malins hahaha....
He said that he liked my stance in the body and that he was
pretty amazed when he looked at me during class.
Wow, I'm impressed myself. And no mirrors either! :)
The Yoga is good for me because that is when I start to know my body to the full.
Malin even asked me if I lost more kilos, becuse she said that I start to look thin now.
YAY! =) Happy Happy Joy Joy! Now my only mission is to pump up my muscles.
I found my old papers from Goodlife couple of days ago.
85 kilo the most. (20 kilos) fat and muscles. Mostly fat anyway!
It's so god damn sick!!! When I look at old pictures I can't believe it myself.
I am going the right way anyway.
But my boobs. I have no fucking BOOBS left....
I have my old sport bra on today and they seriously almost fell out....WTF!!!
Well, I think this is one of the pictures from New Year 2007-2008
that made me realize that I have to change my lifestyle.
Look at my huge breasts....
I understand why the THAI's called me NOM JAI JAI hahaha...
A little bit naked....
I bought a new sport bra today as well, since all mine are too big now days haha....
And since I like strong colors, I found this beauty!
And say what you want... but this is so much I'll ever show you guys. :P
And I seriously don't care at all about having this on my blog.
There are other things to worry about!
What do you think?
Nice huh?
LINDEX 129? kr...
Time to get your groove on - A feel good exercise!
I surfed around on Internet-land after sleeping way too long on the sofa....
I found a very good blog by Michael Jura, and I decided to just copy his blogpost to mine. This video is just awesome and inspiring as hell.... :)
So I just wanted to share this video with of Sean Stephenson on a fundamental truism of life,
which is basically, life is too short, so let's dance!
Warning: You may laugh uncontrollably during this video. It's happened before
This guy rocks and so does his dancing.
So why not take a 5-minute break, put on your favorite tune,
and shake your body and move your spirit. I'm doing it right now
Oh, and just a bit about Sean. He's an amazing guy.
He's had every bone broken in his body before he was 18,
is 3-feet tall, and still has done more in his 31 years
than the average human being does in a life time.
It's all to do with mindset and shifting the way you think.
MOPPSESKO
Or at least the name on them when I bought them today.
It's an awesome idea this shoe :)
If I wear "indoor shoes" at home (because of my cold feets)
so why not wear this smart shoes and clean the floor at the same time?
The one who made this may have got the inspiration from Pippi Longstocking!?
So now I walk around and sweaping and sliding my way forward on the floor.
And I feel like Pippi Longstocking as well.... (and always have been)
It's so much fun, and I don't have to clean the floors with a mop!
Weeehooooo
Now I have a carpenter inside of the apartment.
He is fixing stuff in the kitchen. Sweet.
And I have to go out and buy crayfish for tonight's crayfish party :)
LATER DUDES!
Gym Decision Anxiety !
Without me knowing it, YAAAAY!!!!!
Ok, it's a pair of stretch jeans, but anyway.... =)
That makes you a bit happy and your confidence is getting better as well.
Now I'm just gonna keep it up and try even harder.
But I haven't done much since I came home and I feel it in my body.
I will never be a couch potatoe. Never never again.
My only problem right now is that a GYM card cost a FORTUNE!!!
And I'm FUCKING (excuse my language) BROKE.
It's really crazy, how it can be so expensive to work hard with yourself and loose some weight?
I wish that it could be free so everyone could feel good.
But that's not possible.
I really want to go to Kockums and do Body Pump,
and all those things that I missed from Goodlife.
It's a bit far for me now when I live on Möllan again as well....
I thought about starting on 24Seven Fitness, only because it's cheap.
But they don't have any group training.
And how fun is that?
Stand there with the guys who think they carry around a fridge in the gym.
No thank you!
So, until I get money and I made up my mind I think I just will go jogging in the park.
I went to YogaKendra today and talked to Daniel.
He was in the middle of a private lesson so I'm gonna give him a call tonight.
That's my PRIO no 1 right now!
Well.... If you have any tips. Send me some info!
Ciao
Cupping massage
This is one of the things that I'm gonna invest in when I come home.
A cup. You use it to do CUPPING MASSAGE.
(Koppningsmassage)
Mostly for the connective tissue in your body.
What is the technology behind the Cup and Cupping massage?
The concept is to work with vacuum.
That way you have the unique ability to destroy but to extract
the blood capillary walls into the connective tissue,
which then signals the body that there is something strange in the system.
The immune system then starts a cleansing process (known as lymphatic drainage)
and the production of self-medication (hormones) to balance the system (homeostasis).
Annica, this is a mission for you to help me with when I come home.
And I will do it on you as well.
It hurts like a MOTHER FUCKER *excuse my language* but it's worth it.
I've allready started to do alot like this during my cleansing with Yoga,
but some "shit" is still stuck under the tissue (ex, on the thighs and hips)
which can be really hard to get rid of.
I tried it before when I went to my old gym (Goodlife).
Göran tried it on my legs, since I had a really painful time to run.
And it helped alot, but like I said - painful.
So I contacted Göran and he gave me the info where to get them.
Sweet...
A swedish expression for that: Om du vill vara fin får du lida pin!
(If you want to feel nice, you have to suffer...)
YEEEES!!!!
WEHOOOO.... Now we're talking!!!!
What happened? I dropped my skirt when I tried it on!
I think I need a belt from now on! :D
Still working hard, what if I stayed here for 1 year instead of 1 month?
Oh yeah I love it....
Goodmorning picture...
My brown hair is not so brown anymore.
Goodmorning SUN BLEECHED!
And I counted the water I'm drinking....
80 liters of water in one month isn't that bad huh?
