Yoga day 14 (?)
I stoped counting the days of my Yoga.
They just fly by now...
I tell myself to focus and start study every day....
I'm just so exausted and tired when I'm finished with school.
There is NO time. I don't know how to do it!?
Maybe I have some sort of distraction?
You tell me!
Well... Anyways....
Purification, cleansing, detoxing or what ever you like to call it, IS A BITCH!
Just like the last time I was here... But I know it's for my own good.
All bad stuff is coming out.
And just like the last time,
I have no explanation for what's happening.
I woke up 6.45 this morning and had to pee so bad.
Maybe a urinary infection OR urinal fungal... I don't know.
Same time, blood coming out the other way and my stomach felt really bad.
I'm having a GOOD KARMA. Sure.....
So... Anyway, I get my ass up to class anyway and I do my asanas
(except the ones who includes something with massaging the stomach).
During class I just burst out in tears. Out of the blue. No idea why.
Yes, purification can do a LOT of things to you (included when it comes to feelings)
My teacher Amy she gave me a big hug and cheered me up a bit,
she thought I was strong to come to class and that I did good for not being 100 %
I finished class, and I felt better again.
I had more energy and I decided to go easy with the stomach and fast for the day.
So, for the whole day I've just been drinking water, shakes and a coconut.
While Steve and Jesse have been eating MEXICAN food in front of me (IN MY FACE).
Jesse is a cool guy from Vancouver, Canada.
Awesome dude actually and he has got a good vibe.
(He is the one in the green pants btw)
This is from sundays drum circle. Loved it.
I started to get go know pretty awesome cool people on this island now.
I love it and it actually reminds me A LOT of Isla Mujeres some how.
Even though I don't have so much time to socialise with people,
Steve helps me out with that somehow after class haha.
I love the vibe from Koh Phangan, the beaches,
the people you connect with and of course the school.
Pretty awesome hippies out here. But it's just a matter of location and where to find it.
This part of the island is the best.
I haven't been to Haad Rin (where the fullmoon parties and tourist goes)
And I don't want to either to be honest!
Promised Leo to eat a fish with my bare hands the other day.
So I did. I bought a black snapper :)
